Genius: How It Manifests Through Tesla, Einstein, and Vedic Wisdom

Genius is not a high IQ. Not a skill, not education, not hard work. 1. Introduction: What is Genius?

Genius is not a high IQ.
Not a skill, not education, not hard work.
Genius is a direct perception of truth,
a moment,
when thought disappears,
and knowledge comes —
not from memory,
but from the cosmic mind (चित्त, citta).

So it was with:

  • Nikola Tesla,

who said:
> "I do not invent. I see. The truth comes to me."
  • Albert Einstein,

who stated:
> "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination embraces everything."

Both are not "scientists",
but seers.
Their discoveries were not the result of logic,
but flashes of intuition,
coming in silence,
in a dream,
in meditation.

In the Vedas, this state is called प्रत्यक्ष ज्ञान (pratyakṣa jñāna)
direct knowledge,
not mediated by the mind.

2. Tesla's Genius: Vision as a Form of Meditation

What is known:

  • Tesla did not sketch schemes on paper.

He built devices in his mind,
down to the smallest details,
and only then implemented them.
  • He said:

> *"I can visualize any device so clearly,
> as if it were standing in front of me."*
  • Much came to him in sleep or in a half-sleep state.

Vedic parallel:

This is dhyana-shakti,
the power of a concentrated mind,
described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras:
"तत्र प्रत्यक्षं ज्ञानम्"
"There (in deep meditation) direct knowledge arises."

Tesla did not officially practice yoga,
but his ability to completely clear the mind,
not to be distracted,
to live in solitude —
this is asceticism (तपस्, tapas).

His source is not the laboratory,
but inner vision,
which in the Vedas is associated with the Ajna chakra
and the deity Sarasvati
shakti of knowledge, inspiration, order.

3. Einstein's Genius: Intuition as Access to Brahman

What is known:

  • Einstein rejected a purely analytical approach.

He trusted intuition,
calling it:
> "a sacred gift",
and logic —
> "a faithful servant".
  • His discoveries — the theory of relativity —

came not from calculations,
but from thought experiments,
which resembled meditation more.

Vedic parallel:

Einstein touched what
in the Mundaka Upanishad is described as:
"यतो वाचो निवर्तन्ते अप्राप्य मनसा सह"
"Whence words and mind return, not reaching."

He understood:
reality is not in things,
but in fields,
in relationships,
in the unity of space and time.

This is an approach to अद्वैत (Advaita)
non-duality,
where the observer and the observed are one.

His genius is not in formulas,
but in the ability to see the whole,
which in the Vedas is called विवेक (viveka)
the ability to distinguish true from false.

4. Genius in the Vedas: Who Can Be a Genius?

The Vedas do not have the concept of "genius" as an innate talent.
There is — a liberated mind.

Who possesses such power?

  • Those who have a pure body and mind (शुद्धि, śuddhi).
    • Those who live in brahmacharya — even in mature age:

    control over senses,
    conservation of energy.
    • Those who practice meditation and samadhi.
      • Those whose karma of knowledge (ज्ञान कर्म, jñāna karma) is awakened.

In the Chandogya Upanishad (7.26) it is said:

      *"यस्य देवे परा भक्तिः यथा देवे तथा गुरौ |
      तस्यैते कथिता ह्यर्थाः प्रकाशन्ते महात्मनः ||"*
"To him who has great devotion to God and Guru,
      these truths are revealed."

Genius is not the result of efforts,
but a gift given to those who are ready".

      5. How Yagya Helps to Uncover Genius?

      Yagya does not give knowledge.
      It clears obstacles,
      that prevent knowledge from coming.

5.1. Sarasvati Yagya — for Awakening Inner Knowledge

      Goal:
cleansing the mind, awakening viveka, supporting study and creativity.

      IAST: Oṁ īṁ sarasvatyai namaḥ
      Pronunciation: Om Im Sarasvatyayai Namaha
      Each offering:
      Oṁ īṁ sarasvatyai svāhā

      It is conducted for:

      • students,
        • scientists,
          • inventors,
            • musicians,
              • all who work with ideas.

              5.2. Agni-yagya — for Amplifying Inner Fire

              Goal:
cleansing the physical and subtle body,
              enhancing agni (fire),
responsible for digesting food, thoughts, emotions.

              IAST: Oṁ agnaye svāhā
              Pronunciation: Om Agnaye Swaha
              Each offering:
              Oṁ agnaye svāhā

Without a strong inner fire —
              there is no clarity,
there is no energy for big ideas.

5.3. Mahamrityunjaya Yagya — for Awakening Kundalini

              Goal:
destruction of fear, awakening of hidden potentials,
              going beyond the personal mind.

IAST: Oṁ tryambakaṁ yajāmahe sugandhiṁ puṣṭi-vardhanam | urvārukam iva bandhanān mṛtyor mukṣīya mā’mṛtāt ||
Pronunciation: Om Tryambakam Yajamahe Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam Urvārukamiva Bandhanān Mrityor Mukshiya Mamritat
              Each offering:
              Oṁ tryambakaṁ yajāmahe svāhā

Genius often comes after experiencing death —
              not physical,
              but death of the ego,
              when the old mind "dies",
and access to the higher is opened.

              6. Contemporary Significance

Genius is not for the chosen ones.
              It is for those,
              who are ready:

              • to live in order,
                • to cleanse the mind,
                  • to serve the truth,
                    • and to use Yagya as a tool for cleansing the karma of knowledge.

You don't have to be Tesla or Einstein.
                    But you can:

                    • conduct a Sarasvati Yagya before an important project,
                      • do a daily minor Yagya for clarity,
                        • use Yagya to remove fear of the new.

                        Because genius is —
                        not about changing the world.
                        It is —
about allowing the world to change through you.

We do not promise to "become a genius".
                        We help to create conditions,
in which genius can come —
                        as it came to Tesla,
                        to Einstein,
                        to Rishi.

                        Oṁ svāhā
